Last night we had date night at our house and watched the movie Bottle Shock, based on the 1976 wine competition when California wine defeated French wine in a blind taste test.

I couldn’t help but think how the Midwest region is similarly looked upon as having wine that isn’t at the level of Europe or California. Just like California was able to turn that around, I have strong faith that the Midwest can similarly grow to known for their thriving wine industry.
